Diagnose im nachging von einem richtigen Arzt, Meniskus und Außenbandruptur Not recommendable. Without listening to the patient, we would be cleared away from the doctor's assistant. Recept voor antibiotica gestuurd naar apotheek, daar gelijk opgehaald. Materiaal mee voor verdere wondverzorging. Realistische arts met gevoel voor humor. Great doctor, great help. Could come right after telephone consultation after accident with handbike. Wound neatly cared for. Prescription for antibiotics sent to pharmacy, immediately picked up there. Bring material for further wound care. Realistic doctor with a sense of humor.

Ik belde voor iemand die dringende hulp nodig had omdat het echt niet goed ging. Mijn verhaal gedaan, word mij gezegt dat de assistent dit gaat overleggen met de arts. Ik zou binnen een uur teruggebeld worden. De dag erna heb ik maar teruggebeld. Heb ik een andere assistente aan de telefoon en vraag ik wat er uit het gesprek gekomen is. Blijkt dat er niks in het dossier is gezet en dat er niks mee gedaan is. In 1 woord 'afschuwelijke !! Onacceptabel dat er zo met mensen om word gegaan, in dit geval gaat het om mensenlevens. Ik zeg daar iets van en krijg ik nog een grote bek van de assistente ook. Mijn advies, ga NOOIT naar deze huisarts!! Very bad experience, after almost half an hour of waiting on the phone I am finally helped. I called for someone who needed urgent help because things were really not going well. Do I have another assistant on the phone and ask what came out of the conversation. It appears that nothing has been put in the file and that nothing has been done with it. In one word 'horrible !! It is unacceptable that people are treated like this, in this case it is about human lives. I say something about that and the assistant also gives me a big mouth. My advice, NEVER go to this doctor !!

Moest even (geheel terecht) wachten op de assistente toen ik binnenkwam maar dit was omdat ze iemand aan de telefoon had. Aan het gesprek te horen een bezorgde moeder die ze deed geruststellen. Verder goed ontvangen door haar. Korte wachttijd. Kortom geheel tevreden. Very good help with my bladder infection during a week's vacation. The doctor was clear in the explanation and thought along well. Had to wait (quite rightly) for the assistant when I came in but this was because she had someone on the phone. Judging by the conversation, a concerned mother made her reassure. Also well received by her. Short waiting time. In short, completely satisfied.
