Goed bereikbaar, vriendelijke en behulpzame assistentes en een geweldige huisarts.

Zeer slecht bereikbaar en geen e-mail vindbaar om een mailtje te sturen. De gemeente Rotterdam is al klaar met het renoveren van de maastunnel, maar huisartsenpraktijk havenbogen moet nog steeds zijn werkzaamheden afronden voordat de assistent bereikbaar is.. het is bijna 2020! Doe wat aan je bereikbaarheid.

willeen totaal geen rekening houden met werkende mensen; kunnen een afspraak inplannenn om 15:00 of 15;30 maar is voor hun niet handig en zullen er alles aan doen om dit te voorkomen, je moet een afspraak maken voor dezelfde dag dat je belt (dat is lekker handig om aan je baas te melden! gecombineerd met het feit dat ze koste wat het kost je afspraak niet later inplannen terwijl dat wel kan) zo werkt het dus niet. ik ga overstappen

I live right next to this huisartsenpraktijk, I fell sick but I can't see the doctor because they don't register new patients. Update. Eventually after 3 days of searching for a huisartsenpraktijk that would register me I had to go to the hospital and say it's an emergency. All huisartsenpraktijks nearby Schiedam were full. ??

I don't know what's wrong with this "doctor" called AB GAN, I told him many times that I was in unbearable abdominal pain to request urgently an appointment with the MDL, I told him that the diagnostics made by doctor Flink weren't reliable that I owned other diagnostics that showed my issue: duodenogastroesophageal reflux, hiatal hernia and les not functioning properly. I told him the pain was not standable, he did not listen to me. I got worse day by day I lost 3 kg in like 1 week an a half, vomiting bile 6 times a day, unable to eat with horrendous abdominal colics. According to the craziness of this "doctor" I had to wait for my appointment till the 9th of September, through the insurance I managed to get the appointment the 28th of August, it was still very far for the severity of my condition. I went to Germany did a pH impedance measurement from which my pathology was confirmed once again, took the maximum dosage of pain killers flew to Italy and got immediately the Nissen surgery. If I say I am in severe pain it exactly means I am in severe pain, there is nothing to interpret. If I say I urgently need to see a specialist it means that I urgently need to see a specialist, and you have no right to go against what I say, I am the patient, I know my symptoms, if I say I have something a physician is uncapable to understand it means I have something, there is nothing to argue about. You had to refer me urgently to the specialist end of the story. You are responsible of my physical suffering due to your lack of understanding. You dared to talk to me in a way you shouldn't have dared, you told me not to call you anymore regarding my gastric issue to wait till the 9th of September. If I say I can't wait, it means I can't wait and you have to refer me immediately. There is nothing else to talk about, you didn't do your job. If your job is calling, you have to call, you are paid for it, if you don't like your job you go do something else. For your information it has been scientifically proved that my gastric issues started 2 years ago with the h. Pylori, and once again I have full of diagnostics that show my gastric disease. I am disgusted. You prescribe pain killers when there is the reason to do so, you give a pain killer when the cause of the pain is treated, you don't give a pain killer as palliative, you have to cure the cause not the symptoms. If you cure the symptoms without having a clue about the cause you won't go anywhere. I am extremely disappointed, no doctor never ever dared to talk to me the way you did, not professional at all, my experience has been terrible at your practice, I wouldn't recommend to come to you at all. It's the worst practice I have ever seen.
