Wij hebben een vernieuwing in het team:

Sybren Lemstra en Linda van Geldorp zijn onze praktijkondersteuners GGZ (POH-GGZ).

Zij hebben ruime ervaring en ondersteunen de huisartsen bij het verlenen van zorg aan mensen met psychische en/of psychosociale problemen. Tijdens een zelfstandig spreekuur brengen zij de problemen in kaart en kijken daarna samen met u welke behandeling het meest geschikt is. Meestal zullen er een aantal gesprekken gepland worden met de POH-GGZ. De kosten voor deze gesprekken worden betaald vanuit de basisverzekering. Soms is het nodig om door te verwijzen voor aanvullende behandeling naar een psycholoog, psychiater of een andere instelling, dit gebeurt dan in overleg met uw huisarts. Het kan zijn dat daar wel extra kosten aan verbonden zijn, afhankelijk van uw verzekering en de aard van de problematiek.

Sybren Lemstra houdt zijn spreekuur op woensdag en vrijdag.

Vanaf 1 april 2021 zal Linda van Geldorp haar spreekuur houden op dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag.

C	Corine Zoetemelk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praktijkondersteuner vanuit de ggz is echt de meest incapabele zorgmedewerkster die ik ooit heb mogen ontmoeten. De wijze waarop zij haar gesprekken voert is alles behalve doortastend en efficiënt. Zij kijkt niet verder dan naar wat zij op de oppervlakte ziet, iets wat mijnsinziens binnen de ggz toch wel een vereiste is. Zij weigert ook gebruik te maken van eventuele bronnen buiten de patiënt zelf om, de signalen van buitenaf kunnen juist zo van belang zijn om tot een helder beeld te komen. GGZ practice support is really the most incapable care worker I have ever met. The way in which she conducts her conversations is anything but decisive and efficient. She looks no further than what she sees on the surface, something that I believe is a requirement within mental health care. She also refuses to make use of any sources outside the patient himself, the signals from outside may just be so important to come to a clear picture.
B	Brenda Schlumer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zit nu een jaar of 2 - 3 bij deze huisartsenpraktijk, maar nu twee nogal onacceptabele ervaringen achter elkaar gehad. Maand geleden een video call gehad met de huisarts, waarna zij mij een verwijsbrief zou schrijven. Deze zou ik later die middag op mogen halen. Sta ik daar later op de middag om te horen dat de huisarts vergeten was de verwijsbrief te schrijven... Dus mocht ik onverrichter zake naar huis. Vandaag had ik een afspraak bij de assistent voor een eenvoudige ingreep, voor het uitspuiten van de oren. De dame stond voor mijn neus nog te klungelen met het apparaat, vervolgens iemand er bij gehaald die het ook niet aan de praat kreeg. Je raad het al, ik kon onverrichter zake naar huis. Dit alles uiteraard onder werktijd... Has been with this general practice for 2 - 3 years now, but now had two rather unacceptable experiences in a row. Month ago I had a video call with the doctor, after which she would write me a referral letter. I could pick this up later that afternoon. I am there later in the afternoon to hear that the doctor had forgotten to write the referral letter ... So I was allowed to go home without having completed the job. Today I had an appointment with the assistant for a simple procedure, for the cleaning of the ears. The lady was still fiddling with the device in front of me, then called someone who couldn't get it working either. You guessed it, I could go home empty-handed. All this of course during working hours ...

De assistenten zijn ook heel aardig het is zeer aanbevolen huisartsenpraktijk I have been coming to Dr Harthorn for years, he is a great family doctor. he is always ready for everyone, he also makes time for home visits. The assistants are also very nice it is highly recommended GP practice

Excellent GPs assistants and staff. I really have the feeling that I am not a number but that there is personal attention for me and my family.

Thanks god that I didn’t have that Needed for sickness. But fortunately is not forever, I had a bad flu like with high fever, body pain and bad coughing. I tried to call for GP appointment, it was not possible!! The nurse (dokterassistente) play a GP roll on the phone and diagnose my sickness. Which I better stay at home in bed because they will not prescribe antibiotic for me? Who ask for those kind of medicine? When people sick they need a care. It could be a proper check up listen to my lung if I’m not infection. Thats what we pay for our health system here!!! Not some kind of arrogant nurse that try to play a doctor on the phone. Please reconsidering The reaction that you express to your patient.
