★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible, they switch around the doctors you see and they send you home in the same conditions only with paracetamol. i dont feel like i was ever taken seriously and they have mixed my prescriptions. there is trashy radio music loud on and girls giggling like in highscool ... Nope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been registered at this practice for about 2 years and never had a good experience- today I finally de-registered. (Not sure why I stayed so long in the first place; probably convenience.)
The service personell is incompetent and impolite: no sense of understanding, not willing to make an effort to help and bad English (even though that’s supposedly the extra service they offer). One time I arrived at the practice and wanted to ask something to the service lady but she simply ignored me and talked to her friends who came in to visit her at work (?!) a second after me.
There was not one time where I didn’t have to wait for my appointment, which I can’t understand considering that I always felt that the doctors rushed to finish my appointment within the 10min slot.
I had a wrong diagnosis twice, which resulted in having problems for about 2 months instead of 2 weeks. The doctors that treated me were mostly friendly but I was treated by a different one almost every time. When giving a diagnosis they quickly searched the internet (!!!!) - I could have done this myself.
The practice at the Uithof seems so unprofessional; I didn’t know where to go, where to knock, which door to open. There was no secretary when I arrived and I wasn’t sure if the doctor was still busy. The facilities seem improvised. Also at janskerkhof I never felt like being in a professional medical environmet.

Originally I was put off by the fact that this practice had such a low rating but then I thought... hmm people are probably more likely to review a doctors surgery if they've had a bad experience and not if they've had a good experience. I've had a lot of health problems for the last few months and they've helped me through a lot in just a few weeks. I've had several tests and appointments. Everyone has been very respectful with my problem and have been incredibly helpful. Way better than any doctors surgery I've been to in my home country. Definitely would recommend

Told her I wanted to do a blood test, which I do twice a year to make sure all the vitamin levels are right because of my vegan diet. Also told her my vitamin d levels were dangerously low last year. “I have never had any problems with my vitamins and haven’t eaten meat in my entire life” she says. Honest to god, what kind of doctor is this.
Never ever going here again.

Called and said it was an emergency and could I see a doctor, said they would call me on the phone, the call didnt go through and they didn't bother to phone me again. Absolutely unprofessional seeing as this was a crisis. Would not recommend.
