 Listen, take sufficient time, think along, extensive party with social worker, dietician and the like. Helps change way of life, phasing out medicine use etc.

Mevrouw kolenberg geeft blind medicaties door die best gevaarlijke complicaties kunnen veroorzaken en toont Totaal geen interesse in het welzijn van haar patiënten(ik kwam hier achter door een second opinion op te vragen bij een arts ,gelukkig heb ik wel die contact) ik ga niet in details maar mensen PAS OP !
I am quite a patient person I always try to find a solution with others. But this skips everything. Mrs. Kolenberg blindly passes on medications that can cause quite dangerous complications and shows no interest whatsoever in the well-being of her patients (I found this out by requesting a second opinion from a doctor, fortunately I have that contact) details but people BEWARE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe the worst practice in Amsterdam. I went there with a burn out, really needed to talk to somebody, they made a report and said i should have come earlier snd that they will call me within 5-6 days for an appointment.Already 3 weeks after no call from them.really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are friendly. Usually you could get the appointment the same day. Doctors and help desk are really friendly. I am very happy with them. I felt motivated to write the review since I think the actual rate of 3.6 was just not fair :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a call with a very rude lady. I asked for the general pratictitioner and she asked me where I live. I told her my address (which is around 1.2 km away from the general practice Kolenberg). She said I'm too far away and gave me some angry explanation (her english was bad so god knows what she meant) and she hung up. Wow. Have a evening too
