★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrico did a fantastic job! It was my first time taking our dog to The Groom Salon so I was slightly nervous, though I had heard good things from friends.
Enrico was so sweet to Boba and gave her many treats to relax her nerves. We discussed exactly how he would cut her hair, and halfway through the grooming he called to let me know he had to cut out more mattes than he expected, and wanted to make sure I was aware and okay with that. When I picked her up, Boba was SO fluffy and beautiful and smelled so nice. She was excited to see me, but didn’t seem too nervous in the salon anymore.
Great results and great customer service! I see why people recommended The Groom Salon so highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took Milo for her first ever grooming, she's a rescue and is very nervous with new people. Or so I thought. I left her with the Groom Salon totally prepared for the visit just to be an introduction to the salon environment and having to pick her up after 10 minutes without allowing anyone to approach her. I picked her up after a full grooming, looking fluffy, smelling totally sweet and with a smile on her face (I really think she was smiling).
Absolutely top experience- the team were very understanding (especially of me), very professional, Milo looks great and loved her time at the salon. 100% recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You see immediately that people there love dogs and love their job. My 37kg doggo is a good boy, but not an easy one to wash, trim. He's very particular when it comes to nail clipping. All of that is always done perfectly at this place. I guess it's because of the good attitude he gets at the Groom Salon. Thank you guys!
