I have had several complaints and none were resolved in any way.
The mammography referral takes already the 3D week and each time I’m calling to follow up I’m told - it’s going to be done tomorrow - you can guess nothing is being down
I had terrible headaches causing me vomiting and huge weakness and was prescribed migraine tables during the 10 min GP appointment ( no precheck is being done ). Not only tablets didn’t help but caused the cramp reactions within my stomach. When I had to come back for the appointment lady assistant forgot to put it into the system and GP never accepted me. Instead together with same lady assistant they went for lunch.
Having returned after some time I was advised by assistant (not by doctor) that I seem to have too much stress and need to get calmer and then my headaches will disappear.
Absolutely terrible place. They talk to you for 10 mins within 15 min appointment yet NEVER start that appointment on time. 20-30 min wait is pretty much the standard.
