S	S Review on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Net geregistreerd bij de praktijk, het is dat ik bijna nergens anders heen kan, maar de houding van de assistentes is niet anders dan op de meeste huisartsenpraktijken en ziekenhuizen. Een typische "wij doen niks fout de patient heeft het altijd verkeerd begrepen of is onwetend" houding die ik (helaas) al jaren tegenkom in de zorg. Altijd afschuiven van verantwoordelijkheid (terwijl je die in eerste instantie zelf neemt). Als je 2x zegt dat je terug belt om iets dat belangrijk is en je belt 2x niet terug, en bij de derde keer wordt ik behandeld alsof ik verzonnen heb dat ik terug gebeld zou worden (want 'dat doe wij normaal niet'), wordt het vertrouwen er niet beter op. En dan heb ik de huisarts nog niet eens gezien (daar kan ik dus ook niks over zeggen). Just registered with the practice, it is that I have almost nowhere else to go, but the attitude of the assistants is no different than at most general practice and hospitals. A typical "we don't do anything wrong, the patient has always misunderstood or is ignorant" attitude that I have (unfortunately) encountered in healthcare for years. Always shifting responsibility (while taking it yourself in the first instance). If you say twice that you are calling back for something important and you do not call back twice, and the third time I am treated as if I made up that I would be called back (because 'we normally don't') it doesn't rely on it any better. And then I have not even seen the doctor (I cannot say anything about that).

V	Vertill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De mensen in deze kliniek zijn niet bekwaam. De receptioniste was onbeleefd en had moeite met het beantwoorden van eenvoudige vragen. Ze zouden die receptioniste moeten ontslaan. The people in this clinic are not skilled. The receptionist was rude and had trouble answering simple questions. They should fire that receptionist.

Elings is a good general practitioner, but a receptionist or assistant is not a general practitioner, they make mistakes. That may not happen.
