Het geeft je inzicht in waar individuen staan t.o.v. de S-curve. Hierdoor kan je een link maken tussen de mensen die je in huis hebt en de opgave die er voor het team ligt. Dit geeft ontzettend veel inzicht in wat er nodig is de opgave en dus de organisatie verder te brengen. Kritisch punt is dat het door de waarde ook best wat verdieping vraagt. Het is niet een scan die je gelijk leest en in 2 minuten uitlegt aan iemand. Want als je niet die verdieping aangaat, loop je goede inzichten mis. Als je die uitdaging aan wilt gaan dan kun je ook als interne adviseur gecertificeerd worden. The AEM cube is a tool from Human Insight that, compared to other scans, I find really of added value. It gives you insight into where individuals stand in relation to the S-curve. This allows you to make a link between the people you have in house and the task that lies ahead for the team. This provides a tremendous amount of insight into what is needed to advance the task and thus the organization. Critical point is that due to the value it also requires quite a bit of depth. It is not a scan that you immediately read and explain to someone in 2 minutes. Because if you don't go into that depth, you will miss out on good insights. If you want to take on that challenge, you can also become certified as an internal consultant.
