About The Startup House
As part of Synchroon’s tender consortium, we’ve bent over the VDMA site. Our concept of a hybrid co-living & co-working model for the Zusterflat received praising comments from the municipality: ‘Positief: -Wordt goed ingegaan op de maatschappelijke waardedrijvers. - Het idee van The Start Up House is vernieuwend en passend op deze locatie.’ - ‘Ten aanzien van het onderdeel wonen scoort Synchroon goed. Het concept start up house scoorde ook erg goed door de goede link tussen betaalbaar wonen en werken.’
