Discrimination, Lies, Ignorance, and a Poor Attitude. This is a summary of Humphrey's in a few words. I wanted to try Humphrey's Restaurant in advance of family visiting, but I won't be bringing my guests there after discovering how awful this business is. My experience started with a discount voucher (a so-called "Dinercheque") that I wanted to use for a discount on a three course meal. Humphrey's were not able to accept my "Dinercheque" due to a discriminatory policy within the small print of the voucher. A fair compromise was not offered. Following this, I emailed Humphrey's regarding the discriminatory policy of the voucher. Humphrey acknowledged the discriminatory policy and promised to keep my complaint in mind with regards to the policies of future offers. Furthermore, Humphrey's advised me of upcoming offer that would not include the discriminatory policy, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait to see the new offer. Unfortunately, the new offer also included the same discriminatory policy as the previous one. I emailed Humphrey's again to request an explanation, but my email was ignored. After waiting 48 hours, I sent a second email. In the eventual reply, Humphrey's explained that the discount offer had been "changed at the last moment". They did not apologise for giving me wrong information, nor for the discriminatory policy of their Restaurants, nor for ignoring the first email I sent to them. I sent further emails in the hope that Humphrey's would make an effort to resolve these problems, but unfortunately they just repeat the same lies and do not solve the problems. They ignored my last email entirely (sent over one week ago). I don't even care about the food if the absolute basics of customer service aren't in place (like treating people equally), and Humphrey's has a lot to learn in this regard, as it is easily one the worst I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Please don't support discrimination or tolerate awful customer service; Humphrey's is best avoided.

Try their tenderloin, make sure it is medium rare. It will melt in your mouth. The staff is very friendly, and let's you stay until you are done.

Nice and cozy restaurant. The staff is really friendly, the food is good and the price is not bad at all. Would've given 5 stars if there were some more vegetarian options.

Location was nice and interior was nice. Parking was expensive as it was the city centre. Food was average as always at Humfreys, however the portions of side dishes get smaller every year, the salad, the potatoe fries, which is shared with your fellow- eaters. You can get a refill, but the hassle of ordering it and waiting for it, it's just not as relaxing as getting a well portion of fries and salad and re-ordering only if you are a big eater.

Tasty food, amazing service, beautiful place!

Nice relaxed atmosphere and despite it being a franchise restaurant the food is actually really good. The serving used to be very slow but they seem to have recently added more staff and the last time I was there the service was good and very fast indeed. The quantity is good as well and to be honest the menu leaves me even too full to properly enjoy my dessert. Overall I would really recommend this restaurant for people who like to be not too adventurous with their food and want value for their money.

We were delighted to have our valentine’s day dinner at Humphreys. I was surprised by the cozy ambiance and great seating arrangement due to Covid restrictions. The 3 course menu was just perfect and utterly delicious. Nohito and peach flavoured mocktails were immensely refreshing. I would definitely recommend this venue to spend some quality time with your family and friends..
