Gaf de exacte omschrijving van een artikel zoals ik het ook op de website had gezien en dan toch in discussie gaan om gelijk te krijgen dat het in haar ogen anders heet. Eerder zei ze niet te hebben wat ik zocht, maar toen we zelf het artikel toch nog gevonden hadden, ging ze zichzelf toch weer verdedigen gelukkig snapten de andere dames het wel.
The younger lady could have been a bit friendlier. Gave the exact description of an article as I had seen it on the website and then started to argue that it was called different in her eyes. Previously she said she did not have what I was looking for, but when we found the article herself, she went on to defend herself again, luckily the other ladies understood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijnste filiaal in omgeving Utrecht. Altijd zo vriendelijk en goed geholpen op deze locatie. Ik woon er niet meer in de buurt maar rijd er graag een half uur voor om, voorbij 2 andere filialen:)
Finest branch in the Utrecht area. Always so friendly and good help at this location. I don't live in the area anymore but like to drive half an hour to get there, past 2 other branches :)
