★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery restaurant in Utrecht. Cannot get a single order correct on the first try as far as mine go and don't bother picking up the phone. When you do happen to get to speak to one of the "employees" they tell you to complain to the food ordering website and hang up. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employee at the front kept telling us to wait outside despite multiple ordering screens inside not being used by people. He was not covering his nose correctly with his facial mask and did not want to tell us why we had to keep waiting outside for so long. A long queue started to form outside the buidling. Eventually just went away as it took way too long and nothing was happening inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place cause it's not too busy whenever I come. What I don't like and what makes me quite uncomfortable is that employees don't wear masks properly, don't wear gloves (possible cross contamination), they seem to be very unprofessional in the open kitchen, it seems that sometimes there's too much staff and they are just hanging in the open kitchen fooling around. I might understand that the employees feel like that kitchen is their second home and they are close knit team, but please be more aware of how it looks through the customer's point of view.
