Always great service here. They held my order a little longer than usual after my phone call. Super thanks. They now even mention their own name so that they have more personal contact. I always find it very pleasant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een socialdeal en wilde deze inwisselen. Echter zei de onvriendelijke medewerkster dat deze niet kon worden ingewisseld op acties. Dit stond nergens op de bon vermeld. De medewerkster was duidelijk geïrriteerd toen ik haar daarop wees. Het was dat ik deze deal had anders was ik zo weer naar buiten gelopen. Heel erg jammer, vroeger zaten er vriendelijke dames die voor je klaar stonden. Voor mij geen Hunkemöller meer.
I had a social deal and wanted to redeem it. However, the unfriendly employee said that it could not be exchanged on promotions. This was not mentioned anywhere on the receipt. The employee was clearly irritated when I pointed this out to her. It was that I had this deal otherwise I would have walked out again. Very unfortunate, there used to be friendly ladies who were ready for you. No more Hunkemöller for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! I have ordered a product directly in the shop, not a cheap one, and after 5 days they don't even know where the order is, they have no clue of its status, they cannot refund the money even if the product should arrive in the shop, not at home....
