★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I went here to buy somethingI was standing in line at the checkouts. While the people in front of me walked to the 3th checkout I walked to the second checkout because no one was standing there and there was an employee standing behind the counter. At that moment she looked at me and commanded me "wait behind the line!". I didn't see any line to begin with, and secondly the tone she commanded me at was out of place. 3 seconds later she told me I could come to her checkout to pay. This was the last time I've been to this MediaMarkt. I would recommend to go to an other MediaMarkt or just go to a specialized store for your product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ employers are terrible, they are just there to receive a salary but they do not do their job property, but I have to say store has nice products and 2 years of warranty, but employers are terrible.
I went to Mediamarkt Eindhoven and the service experience was much better and good attention, but in Mediamarkt Heerlen, terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large store with pretty much everything you need (when it comes to electronic appliances). They still sell CDs and DVDs and have an increasing number of gaming gear. On busy days it's hard to find someone who can help you out, so don't go there if you're in a hurry (on a busy Saturday).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the fact that my item wasn't available and the search for it took like an hour - the staff was incredibly friendly, funny and helpful. They did their utmost to get the item I was looking for but sadly weren't successful.
Easy access to the parking garage Corio Center, it is linked to it via elevator.
