Shop in Hengelo only open half days. And on the website the bra I wanted was not present.

Een van de winkelmedewerkster is altijd heel erg vriendelijk en groet wanneer je de winkel in komt, ook als ze achterin staat. Vraagt altijd of ze je ergens mee kan helpen en loopt langs bij de pashokjes om te vragen of alles goed gaat. Bij het ophalen van een bestelling vraagt ze of je het wilt passen. Echter werkt er ook een winkelmedewerkster die je gewoonweg negeert. Geen groet wanneer je de winkel inloopt terwijl ze achter de kassa staat. Ze vraagt niet of ze je ergens mee kan helpen. Zelfs bij het betalen aan de kassa kon er geen hallo gezegd worden. Erg jammer.
Customer-friendliness in the store is a point to work on. One of the store assistants is always very friendly and greets you when you enter the store, even if she is in the back. Always asks if she can help you with anything and walks by the fitting rooms to ask if everything is going well. When picking up an order, she asks if you want to try it on. However, there is also a shop assistant who simply ignores you. No greeting when you walk into the store while she is behind the till. She doesn't ask if she can help you with anything. Even when paying at the till no hello could be said. Pity.
