★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beetje vreemd als in zo'n zaak wordt gevraagd of je de schoenen wilt passen. Helemaal raar dat vervolgens niemand meeloopt en helpt, terwijl we toch de enige klanten waren. Schoenen wel goed, voldoende keuze.
A bit strange when you are asked in such a case if you want to fit the shoes. Totally strange that no one then walks around and helps, even though we were the only customers. Shoes okay, enough choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op 24 december laat ik tijdens het passen van schoenen het tasje van mijn dochter liggen met daarin haar feestkleding voor kerst. Bij thuiskomst mis ik het tasje...winkel al gesloten...?. Ik stuur een pb berichtje naar Schuurman met het verzoek om het tasje voor mij te bewaren. Maar krijg direct op kerstavond bericht terug. Ik kan het tasje op 1e kerstdag ophalen! Dat noem ik Service met een hoofdletter. Top medewerker van Schuurman !!! ?????Fijne kerst!
On December 24, while fitting shoes, I leave my daughter's bag with her party clothes for Christmas. Upon returning home I miss the bag ... store already closed ... ?. I send a PB message to Schuurman with the request to save the bag for me. But get a message back immediately on Christmas Eve. I can pick up the bag on Christmas Day! I call that Service with a capital letter. Top Schuurman employee !!! ????? Merry Christmas!

Je moet wel gaan vragen. Hulp weinig bekwaam.
Schoen voor inlegzooltjes gezocht…. “Deze moet u hebben” …. Podotherapeut was er niet blij mee. Veel toe zacht. Geen houvast voor de voet. Dus geen aanrader.
You are not helped. Seller walk around and don't see you.
You have to go ask. Help little skilled.
Looking for shoe for insoles…. “You must have this”…. Podiatrist was not happy about it. Much softer. No foothold. So not recommended.
