Kom ik aan met 2 jonge kinderen, wilt de filiaal manager en medewerker mijn incompleet gekochte items niet retourneren omdat deze in een ander filiaal zijn gekocht. Dit was voor mij de laatste keer bij de Hunkemöller. Customer friendliness is not at the top of the list here. If I arrive with 2 young children, the branch manager and employee do not want to return my incomplete items purchased because they were bought in another branch. This was my last time at the Hunkemöller.
L	Lute Wilhelm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik begrijp dat het prettig is als producten met zorg worden ingepakt en afgerekend, maar wat mij betreft was de dame die mij vandaag hielp bij de Hunkemöller op de Kinkerstraat hier echt in doorgeslagen. Ik heb 30 min moeten wachten, terwijl er maar twee mensen voor mij in de rij stonden. De verkoopster wist ook dat ik haast had en zette nog steeds absoluut geen tandje bij. Het duurde echt zo ontzettend lang. Twee mensen achter mij hebben ook hun spullen teruggelegd omdat ze zo lang moesten wachten, dat is zonde. I understand that it is nice if products are packed and paid for with care, but as far as I am concerned, the lady who helped me today with the Hunkemöller on the Kinkerstraat was really struck by this. I had to wait 30 minutes, while there were only two people in line in front of me. The saleswoman also knew that I was in a hurry and still did not step up. It really took so long. Two people behind me also put their things back because they had to wait so long, that's a shame.

Niet meedenkend, niet inhoudelijk reageren op klachten en het wegwuiven, je zelf het probleem laten oplossen, totaal onbevredigend gevoel elke keer als ik ophang. Niet mijn idee van klantvriendelijk... Gelukkig kunnen de dames in de winkel dit wel. Grappig detail is dat de dame in de winkel precies hetzelfde zegt over eigen klantenservice, nadat ze die zelf ook heeft gebeld..Slechte zaak, lijkt me. Hunkemöller has 1 of the most customer-unfriendly customer services I have experienced so far. Not thinking along, not responding substantively to complaints and waving them away, letting you solve the problem yourself, feeling totally unsatisfying every time I hang up. Not my idea of customer friendly ... Fortunately the ladies in the store can do this. Funny detail is that the lady in the store says exactly the same about her own customer service, after she also called them .. Bad thing, it seems to me.

Expliciet gevraagd of de artikelen nog mocht retourneren, en dat kon zei ze. Een dag later zei een andere medewerker dat dit niet kon en kreeg ik een tegoedbon. Er werd verder niet meegedacht. Laatste keer dat ik hier geweest ben. Customer unfriendly lady, who was talking and whispering with a colleague. Very unpleasant atmosphere. I have been here before. Explicitly asked if the items could still be returned, and she said that. A day later another employee said that this was not possible and I received a voucher. There was no further thought. Last time I've been here.

Staff very helpful. Items that were no longer in the store were ordered online for me on the spot and delivered to my home soon afterwards.

Both the staff members working were extremely helpful and pleasant. T was quite busy for them even with the appointment situation, but everyone was being given helpful and friendly service. Thanks ladies!! And I am loving my new bra too. Top customer service and care ??
