Während der Hypnose kann man sich entspannen und eine angenehme und ruhige Stimme begleitet einen durch die Hypnose. Nicht zu vergleichen mit der Hypnose aus dem TV! Ich war nicht voll "weggetreten" oder in Trance, sondern habe alles bewusst mitbekommen. Trotzdem wird das Unterbewusstsein erreicht. Ich kann Frau Schiefer nur weiterempfehlen!
Very good experience in this practice. You start with detailed consultations and explanations. You can relax during hypnosis and a pleasant and calm voice accompanies you through hypnosis. Not to be compared with the hypnosis from the TV! I was not completely "stepped away" or in a trance, but consciously noticed everything. Nevertheless, the subconscious is reached. I can only recommend Ms. Schiefer!
