★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben net met bemiddeling van Hypotheekplan een 2e hypotheek afgesloten voor een reeks noodzakelijke verbeteringen aan ons huis. Net als bij de aankoop van het huis, ruim drie jaar geleden, verliep het hele traject heel soepel, helder en prettig. Heel goede uitleg over de mogelijkheden en de gevolgen daarvan, goed doorvragen om helder te krijgen wat voor onze situatie de beste oplossing is en prima begeleiding in al het regel- en documentenbeheer daarna.

We have just taken out a second mortgage through the mediation of Mortgage Plan for a series of necessary improvements to our house. Just like with the purchase of the house more than three years ago, the entire process went very smoothly, clear and pleasant. Very good explanation of the possibilities and their consequences, thorough questions to clarify what is the best solution for our situation and excellent guidance in all subsequent regulation and document management.

We didn't have the biggest budget possible and it took us a while to find a house that was right for us, but in the meanwhile they followed us and advised us with friendliness, understanding and patience. They answered all our questions rapidly and always took care we made responsible choices with our finances.
Once we found the house we wanted, the mortgage application process and all the needed paperwork was done very very quickly, and they kept us informed all throughout.
You cannot wish for better service from a mortgage advisor firm. A+++
