โ โ โ โ โ they are always closed the door looks like nobody works there and if you try to call them with 2 different numbers they don't answer the people i don't know what they do they just take the pay for nothing so bad service and bad experience never ever try to register with them. shame

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve been there a couple of times and the doctor sucked!
I got chickenpox and he had difficulties recognizing what it was until I told him I think itโs chickenpox :| (how rediculous is that?) And only then he said โoh you never had chickenpox before ?โ Are u kidding me???????? You as a doctor need to ask these things!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ The doctor just asked you to go home and said you have no problem even if you have serious problem. The always refused to refer you to a professoinal doctor even if they do not know what is your problem, and they think they are professoinal enough.

โ โ โ โ โ We had the worst health care experience with this GP. In brief, refusal to referral to specialists, avoidance of imaging test and miss guidance were the hallmarks of our visits. We end up running to another physician who did order the appropriate testing that revealed the need for surgical correction of the problem

โ โ โ โ โ I had fallen from my bike on the 3/09/3019 and required urgent medical assistance. As an international working professional, I was appalled by the ratings of this medical clinic. With 2.8 ratings, I was unsure whether I should go to this particular medical clinic or not. I ultimately settled on the latter option and without any prior appointment went to this doctor.
There was a lady (Marilijn, apologies for the bad spelling) at the reception who was extremely kind and empathetic towards my condition. She inquired about my injuries and shortly afterwards I met the doctor. As I understand most people in the comments section have complained about the doctors lack of professionalism, the next time you do visit this clinic kindly ask for the lady doctor - Caroline (not so sure about the spelling) - who was highly professional in her approach and at the same time endowed with humour and good knowledge of different kinds of medicine. She even took my suggestions into account and gave me a good amount of her precious time. The treatment included cleaning out my injuries with medicines and applying bandage to cover the wounds. Moreover, when Marilijn gave me a tetanus shot (injection), I did not feel a thing as she was so skilled with her hands.
I would truly recommend this clinic to anyone who requires medical assistance but to ensure that they ask for the lady doctor Caroline and the brilliant lady at the reception - Marilijn.

โ โ โ โ โ The lady doctor on Thursdays was so nice & helpful.
But the administration of the clinic needs solid improvement.
The average waiting time was between 35-60 minutes for me even if I had appointment.
It is hard to reach the clinic via phone, when you reach out they sometimes tell you to call in a specific time range which when you do, your calls are usually not answered.
