R	Rose - Anh Pham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been treated by both the doctors here, but Dr. Biersteker truly disappointed me. Two months ago, I came up to her and asked for an allergy test, or at least some treatments since my nose stuck, and I couldn't breathe. I woke up in the middle of the night, breathing with my dry mouth, and my nose was filled with fluid and blood. I described every symptom to her, asking for treatment, and all she did was telling me that it was a cold, it would be gone in a couple of weeks, and told me that I should breathe with my MOUTH, and she LAUGHED at my face when she said so. I felt super insulted after the meeting, and I switched my GP afterward. Turn out, I did have an allergy. After the first meeting with my new GP, he FORCED me to take an allergy test because of my symptoms, prescribed me a nasal spray, and I'm feeling much better now after being told to breathe with my mouth for five weeks. Also, my housemate, who also registered with Dr. Biersteker, talked to the GP about her mental health. And all my roommate got was (also) laughing at her face and rejection to further psychological treatment. If my housemate's case was not severe to seek a psychologist, at least Dr. Diersteker could respect her patient more and tell the consultation in a good way. That was my personal experience with this GP, and I don't think a person should feel uncomfortable with their personal doctor.
Y	Yuval Gal-Shahaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Biersteker treatment to me and my family was not caring , rude and impatient. Even worse- Her treatment to us can be considered malpractice. She literally told me that my son needs to commit suicide before she will do what she was supposed to. Turned out my son was super sick and she ignored it, mocked me , worked against protocol and caused us to lose precious time- literally putting my son life in danger . At the beginning she seems as a super nice doctor, but once you come with a problem requires further effort or thinking, or you do not agree with her ( as her approach is that everything is minor and no professional advice is required)- Her reaction becomes cynical, aggressive and she even tells you to look for another doctor. When I came to her I was new in the Netherlands, and I didn't know my rights. She violated my rights. And no I am defeintly not confused with another clinic. Weird reaction - assuming that if one has a bad experience and review about your clinic - for sure he / she do not know what they are doing and are confused people.
