★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jullie willen niks te makken hebben met deze lui! De manier dat ze mijn moeder hebben behandeld is schandalig! En laat mij maar niet beginnen over de tragische communicatie. De vrouw op de telefoon moet echt zelf wat hulp krijgen. Echt moeilijk om het op een nette manier uit te leggen.
You don't want to have anything to do with these people! The way they treated my mother is outrageous! And let me not start with the tragic communication. The woman on the phone really needs some help herself. Really hard to explain in a neat way.
