★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place doesn't deserve any stars. During the COVID-19, the person who is working there is coughing with her bare hands and not with her elbow contaminating the hole area.... no customer service. I would not recomend to go there. Unfriendly and just talking among each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean and spacious place with variety of ice creams. Unfortunately, there were not all ice creams, like "bubblegum" or "tommy's caramel sea salt" as advertised, hence one star less. Staff was nice and friendly. Definitely would go there again. I loved the cheesecake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream is nice but the staff working here is as cold as the ice. The two women working here let us wait without greetings or any sign of attending. We would never visit here again. In Winkelhof there is also a Denice ice salon and there we don’t have to feel ourselves redundant and unwelcome.
