★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorig jaar zonnepanelen laten plaatsen. Offerte traject was netjes, niets op aan te merken. Plaatsen ging over meerdere dagen zonder een duidelijke afspraak wanneer de opvolgende dagen ging. Heb zelf gebeld naar Ice Energy om een afspraak te maken. Als of de klant altijd maar zomaar thuis kan zijn. Moet de klant zelf niet werken dan? Anyways, uiteindelijk prima geplaatst, maar communicatie tussen monteurs en verkoper waren ook niet optimaal. Gemaakte afspraken wisten ze even niet meer. Uiteindelijk opgelost, maar jammer dat dit niet in 1 keer duidelijk was.
Na oplevering alles werkend. De zorgeloos btw terug vragen verliep niet helemaal goed, voor mij als consument wat onduidelijk proces. Vooral omdat het steeds weken stil is, maar daar helpt de belastingdienst ook niet in mee.
Een maand terug heb ik een nieuw modem gehad voor internet. Vergeten de solar edge ook om te zetten qua wifi, dus een aantal weken geen data. Ze verkopen pro-actieve monitoring, maar ze hebben geen moment geprobeerd contact op te nemen. Daarnaast heb ik ze daarover vragen gesteld via de mail, maar meer dan een week geen reactie.
Producten zijn van goede kwaliteit en als de monteurs op locatie zijn gaat het allemaal prima, maar er gaat genoeg mis om slechts 3 sterren te geven.
 Have solar panels installed last year. Quote process was neat, nothing to complain about. Placing went over several days without a clear appointment when the following days went. I called Ice Energy myself to make an appointment. As if the customer can always be home just like that. Should the customer not work then? Anyways, ultimately well placed, but communication between engineers and seller were also not optimal. They no longer knew the agreements made. Resolved eventually, but it was a pity that this was not clear in one go.
Everything working after delivery. Reclaiming the worry-free VAT back did not go well, for me as a consumer a somewhat unclear process. Especially since it is always quiet for weeks, but the tax authorities do not help with that either.
A month ago I had a new modem for internet. Forgetting to convert the solar edge in terms of WiFi, so no data for a few weeks. They sell proactive monitoring, but they have never tried to contact. In addition, I have asked them about this via e-mail, but more than a week no response.
Products are of good quality and if the engineers are on location, everything is fine, but enough goes wrong to give only 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice Energy is bij ons thuis wezen kijken voor het installeren van zonnepanelen, en hebben ons geadviseerd over de mogelijkheden. Ze hebben ook bij de buren geplaatst, vandaar dat we voor ze gekozen hebben. 17 december zijn de installateurs langsgekomen, ze hebben de panelen in onze schuur gezet, en alle elektra voorbereid. Tot dusver ging alles goed. Helaas was het dak nat en konden ze het frame niet verlijmen op het scheve dak. Bij een vervolgafspraak zou alles op het dak geplaatst worden. Ik had een significant deel aanbetaald.
Hierna werd het een lang verhaal, maar na een periode radiostilte van hun kant, daarna wachten op droog en sneeuwvrij weer hier is uiteindelijk 23 en 24 februari alles geïnstalleerd. Ze hebben alles netjes geïnstalleerd en de installateurs hebben die 2 dagen ook stevig doorgewerkt om de klus alsnog netjes af te ronden. We zijn later nog teruggebeld om te checken of alles goed werkte, en hebben als tegemoetkoming dinerbon gekregen voor het lange wachten.
Zou ik ze aanraden? Misschien. De installateurs zijn bekwaam, de installateurs gedreven. Ik hoop dat ze de communicatie en planning richting de klant nu beter op orde hebben, zeker voor klussen die nog opvolging nodig hebben. De meeste reviews zijn wel positief, en hier is het toch nog eind goed, al goed.
Ice Energy visited our home to install solar panels and advised us about the possibilities. They also placed them with the neighbors, which is why we chose them. On December 17, the installers came by, they put the panels in our shed, and prepared all the electricity. So far everything went well. Unfortunately the roof was wet and they were unable to glue the frame to the leaning roof. At a follow-up appointment, everything would be placed on the roof. I had paid a significant portion.
After this it became a long story, but after a period of radio silence on their part, then waiting for dry and snow-free weather, everything was finally installed on 23 and 24 February. They have installed everything neatly and the installers have also worked hard during those 2 days to finish the job properly. We were later called back to check if everything was working properly, and received a dinner coupon for the long wait as a compensation.
Would I recommend them? Perhaps. The installers are skilled, the installers passionate. I hope that they now have better communication and planning towards the customer, especially for jobs that still require follow-up. Most reviews are positive, and here it is still the end well, all right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enorm vriendelijk personeel, de eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en wij konden bij hem terecht voor al onze vragen. Ook de jongen die bij ons langskwam wist waar hij over praatte. Toen de installatie: je biedt de jongens wat koffie aan en zij installeren binnen een ochtendje foutloos een enorme installatie op je dak. Alles daarna gewoon via de app te volgen, ik heb geen enkel verbeterpunt om eerlijk te zijn...
Very friendly staff, the owner is very helpful and we could contact him for all our questions. The boy who came to visit us also knew what he was talking about. Then the installation: you offer the boys some coffee and they install a huge installation on your roof within a morning without any errors. Everything then just follow through the app, I have no point for improvement to be honest...

Reminders don’t work, I keep getting unfulfilled promises. I’m just giving energy from my panels to network and not getting benefit from it, cause I can’t register my panels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for solar panels and an air conditioner for our new house in Utrecht. Ice Energy reacted really fast on our initial request and we received a good offer after the first call. Ramin and the team were very helpful to select the right solar panels and air conditioning for our house. Ramin came over to our house to help with the measuring of our roofs and the solar panels were installed within 2 weeks. During the installation, they even fixed the wiring of the electric power lines to our top floor which were incorrectly wired at the main unit of the house by the previous owner.
It took a couple of days until we got full access to the software for our solar panels, which seems to be related to the hardware provider solaredge. Anyhow, this software from solaredge is more a nice-to-have info app, since the solar panels worked from day one. It’s quite a nice feeling to know that we started saving energy the moment Ramin and his team were done with the installation!
We also got a multi split air conditioner installed for our rooms on the top floor and we were glad that Ice Energy delivered this service, too, since they could nicely tie it in with the power circuit of the solar panels.
Overall, great experience and nice people. We highly recommend Ramin and his team from Ice Energy!
