Due to a wrong description by the bank the payment I did via ICEPAY went wrong. ICEPAY helped solve the issue, so in the end everything went as it supposed to be. Thank you for the service.

Dramatic company. Everything is a failure. They made a lot of mistakes, so eventually did some research for other payment companies and found Mollie. What a different (better) experience is that.

ICEPAY decided to change their contract singlesidedly and started taking money out of my bank account. After contacting them, they tried to keep me in the contract for a year, which is against Dutch law. After fierce contact, they finally ended my contract, however they keep deducting money from my account. Be safe, go elsewhere!

We are use Icepay now for 5 years and this compnay is really good to handle payments from customers etc, also their customers service is great and very fast. We never had problems with Icepay and receiving the payments always fast.I recommend Icepay to everyone that need payments solutions.

After having worked with Icepay for more than 4 years, we finally switched to another provider following a long list of bad experiences. Please feel free to contact us through our website LUUDOO should you require further insights. In short: - Unreliable customer service with very long wait times. 2 weeks and upwards to get a first answer to a ticket is no exception. - We were mischarged in 2016 with a fee that should not have been applied. Had we not closely examined the final settlement bill, we would have paid a fee of more than €100 that we should not have paid. - At the end of 2016, our service was shut down from one day to another for no apparent reason and with no warning, depriving us of all payment methods. Icepay accepted that this was entirely their fault. This was the final straw that made us switch to another provider. Which also led to the finding that - Icepay is comparatively expensive for a small online shop like ours. CEO, Ludufactur GmbH / LUUDOO

Compliments to Mr. Stefano Arcari for his extensive knowledge on the payments landscape. Currently we are using a differently provider, but looking to integrate with a new PSP. We found ICEPAY on Google, and Mr. Arcari really gave a good consultation what is possible and most beneficial for us as a company.

I am a consumer. Lufthansa confirmed that they made the refund back to me a couple of weeks ago (the refunding was done through ICEPAY via iDEAL). Until now I have not received it and there is no way that I reach ICEPAY via phone number. Worst experience ever! Please do not deal with this company if you are a merchant!
