★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been a long time customer (15 years, never missed a payment ever). After their recent convoluted and annoying due diligence review, they suddenly decide to block my card because it is “beyond my financial means” regardless of the fact that my income has nearly tripled since I got the card. Called customer service - they couldn’t provide any good reason and were just plain rude. Thanks for making me feel like a criminal. I’m never doing business with you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company does not respond to GDPR DSARs. That should tell you something about a company that claims to do everything in accordance to law, yet fails to respond to specific provisions. Update: 60 days and still no response to my DSAR request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the misfortune of being scammed by an online webshop while using the ICS Visa credit card in July this year. I filed the paperwork for disputed transaction with ICS Chargeback. I don't know if they even took a look at my documentation which was a clear cut case of my credit card being charged however the products were never delivered. ICS dumped me like a soiled tissue and took the side of the merchant under whose name the deductions were made on my card and have simply refused to investigate further to recover the stolen funds, they decided to steal it directly from me. Their practices even violate the policy of Visa which does support chargeback in the clear cut case of a consumer being scammed due to non-delivery of goods by the seller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever. Keep blocking company credit cards. Trying to reach a manager that left 13years ago although they were updated many times. How difficult could it be…. If any of you guys from ICS reading this, get an American Express and learn how it is done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I make so much more then I did 11 years ago and my rent remained unchanged. Yet ICS cancelled my card because suddenly I wasn't credit worthy more, what a joke. Never had a outstanding debt or late payment either. I'll just go the bank for a credit card, they'll probably welcome me with open arms.
Not really sure what the strategy here is, but you lost a customer and I'm spreading the word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a scam. I am a merchant and I’ve been trying to contact them for several days now In regards to a chargeback dispute that was filed against me. Initially one of their clients disputed a charge for $184 after contesting this claim the client decided to agree to a partial payment of the total which reduced down to $181. Can someone please explain how the client is claiming fraud and agrees to pay a partial payment? This company and card services are a deal for someone who is looking to scam hard-working people just know karma exist and it is very powerful
