★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top service van de filiaal manager. In de eerste instantie een luchtje besteld via click and collect, maar bleek dat het verkeerde geurtje was gepakt en de besteld overal uitverkocht was. De filiaal manager en een medewerker zijn naar een oplossing gaan kijken en hebben meerdere filialen gebeld, maar dat mocht niet baten. Uiteindelijk in samenspraak met HQ tot een goed alternatief gekomen! Kom zeker eens terug!
Top service from the branch manager. In the first instance, an odor was ordered via click and collect, but it turned out that the wrong odor was caught and the order was sold out everywhere. The branch manager and an employee went to look for a solution and called several branches, but that did not help. Finally came to a good alternative in consultation with HQ! Will definitely come back!
