★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte personeels. Stond al half uurtje te wachten om geholpen te worden, ze kijkt wel paar keer naar me, maar toch helpt 2 keer iemand anders die later dan mij kwam. Ik vroeg of ik kan geholpen werd, zegt ze of ik eerste kwam bent terwijl dat ze wist dat ik al half uurtje daar te stond.
Daarom kom ik niet zo vaak naar ICI Paris XL, vanaf nu NOOIT MEER.
 Poor staff. Was waiting half an hour to be helped, she looks at me a few times, but 2 times someone else who came later than me helps me. I asked if I could be helped, she says if I came first while she knew that I was standing there for half an hour.
That's why I do not often come to ICI Paris XL, from now on NEVER MORE.

Krijg je geen eens testers mee naar huis.
Beetje jammer .
Want zo palm je klanten die graag wat uit geven aan een lekker luchtje.
Gemiste kans zullen we maar zeggen
A bit of setback you can buy perfume for 100 euros.
You don't even get testers to take home.
A pity .
Because that's how you palm customers who like to spend something on a nice smell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij waren op vakantie vanuit RijswijkZ-H) en deden do 23.9 deze IC Paris aan. Wat een vriendelijke dame die ons hielp en die ons zeer goede informatie verstrekte over producten die wij ook gekocht hebben.
Wij komen hier zeker nog terug en hopen dan dat zij ons weer helpt.
We were on holiday from RijswijkZ-H) and visited this IC Paris on Thu 23.9. What a friendly lady who helped us and provided us with very good information about products we also bought.
We will definitely come back here and hope she helps us again.

Very nice and helpful ladies. Especially Jill. Takes all the time for you. Without intruding. Know exactly what you mean. We make a special trip from the center of the country to be helped there.
