★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigenlijk is één ster nog te veel. Het met oostbloks accent pratende vrouwtje kwam naar ons toe met de mededeling dat het hier geen Kruidvat is en of we niet aan de geuren wouden ruiken. Uiteraard is dit begrijpelijk i.v.m. corona, maar het ging om de benadering. Deze was compleet verkeerd en respectloos. Wij kopen veel bij de BodyShop, maar zullen nooit meer iets kopen bij de BodyShop in Alkmaar.
Actually, one star is still too many. The female speaking with an Eastern block accent came to us with the announcement that it is not a Kruidvat here and that we did not want to smell the scents. Of course this is understandable due to corona, but it was the approach. This one was completely wrong and disrespectful. We buy a lot at the BodyShop, but will never buy anything again at the BodyShop in Alkmaar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altijd goede uitleg over gezichtsverzorging. Met name Olga weet enorm veel over wat wel of juist niet goed is voor het gezicht. Ik kom al meer dan twintig jaar bij de Body Shop en leer iedere keer meer over gezicht en lichaam!!!
Always good explanation about facial care. Olga in particular knows a lot about what is or is not good for the face. I have been coming to the Body Shop for over twenty years and learn more about face and body every time!!!
