★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gister was ik in dit filiaal om een nieuwe foundation te halen. We vroegen aan een aardige mevrouw achter de kassa of iemand me kon helpen met het aanbrengen van de foundation. Ze gaf aan dat mijn vriendin het kon doen bij mij omdat ze daar stage had gelopen. Tijdens het uitproberen komt er een medewerkster met kort haar aangelopen en vraagt wat we aan het doen zijn. Ze reageerde heel arrogant en liet ons niet uitpraten. Wij gaven aan dat haar collega zei dat dit mocht. Haar manier van praten kon ECHT niet, ze probeerde ons te kleineren. En ik hoorde haar slecht over ons praten bij andere collega’s, waardoor we ons niet welkom voelde in de winkel. Even later hoorde ik dat dit de nieuwe manager is, tijd om deze manager te ontslaan en de vorige terug te nemen? Want dit kan echt niet en ik kom hier nooit meer vanwege deze klantonvriendelijke ‘mevrouw’. Ik snap sowieso niet waarom zij de nieuwe manager is want heel haar totaal plaatje past totaal niet bij de luxe Ici Paris sfeer die ik normaal gesproken gewend ben. Ben nu ook al bezig om via Ici Paris zelf een klacht in te dienen. Al de andere medewerksters waren top, behalve deze ‘manager’.
Yesterday I was in this branch to get a new foundation. We asked a nice lady behind the counter if someone could help me apply the foundation. She indicated that my girlfriend could do it with me because she had an internship there. While trying out, an employee with short hair approaches and asks what we are doing. She was very arrogant and didn't let us finish. We indicated that her colleague said that this was allowed. Her way of talking was REALLY impossible, she was trying to belittle us. And I heard her talk badly about us in front of other colleagues, which made us feel unwelcome in the store. Moments later I heard that this is the new manager, time to fire this manager and take back the previous one? Because this is really not possible and I will never come here again because of this customer-unfriendly 'madam'. I don't understand why she is the new manager anyway, because her overall picture does not fit at all with the luxurious Ici Paris atmosphere that I am normally used to. I am now also working on submitting a complaint via Ici Paris myself. All the other employees were top notch, except for this 'manager'.
