When I went in there last time with questions about a makeup brand it took quite some time to get someone to acknowledge me. The lady only shaked her head (they didn't carry that particular brand) but her younger assistant did talk to me and gave me very helpful information on where to get it (Hourglass) and was friendly enough. I felt more welcome (as a male) in other cosmetics stores.
