Zes mails verder en nog geen reactie alleen een automatisch bericht dat ik mijn vraag opnieuw moet sturen en jullie niks met de andere zes mails doen ivm drukte. Ik koop echt nooit meer wat bij douglas!
The online customer service sucks. I have been trying to get in touch since November 2021. Six emails later and still no response, only an automatic message that I have to send my question again and you don't do anything with the other six emails because of busyness. I will never buy anything from Douglas again!
