★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iddink is a rip of scam that will send old crappy books. They will abuse the fact that some ex-pats don't understand the Dutch system. During a school year, my kids moved to a different school. Unfortunately, the old school didn't inform us that those books had to be delivered to them for return. As soon as we found out, we returned the books to Iddink in the beginning of July. All books were returned but... not according to Iddink, they in fact dare to charge for late receipt a percentage of the 'new price'..(Remember old crappy scribbled in books). Iddink ensures they only communicate by phone, so you have no proof of what has been discussed. They communicate only to you by email but you cannot respond by email... Why is that? Well... they just keep sending invoices and demands for books they have in possession. Scam... yes! They forget to send a book, you are at fault. Because the book is in the system but wasn't in the box. They ask the customer to proof it wasn't there... tell me how? Whatever we say, you won't believe anyway. If you can source the books somewhere else... do so and avoid Iddink at all cost! Rip off agents.
