β β β β β Always busy here and line up by the post office. Good selection of cards, gift cards, bews papers, calendars and books. I wish they had more english books.

β β β β β Very big book store with a huge variety of books of any genre (including books in English) and stationary products (notebooks, sketch books, pens, pencils, markers). They also have a post nl counter and very conveniently an ING ATM where you can also make deposit. I got a book as a present and needed to change it. Since it was a present naturally I did not have the receipt. They allowed me to change it with no issue whatsoever.

β β β β β Staff is under-trained and under-skilled. Their mistakes with shipping packages have cost me several hundred euros. Tried to resolve issues with the Manager, (super rude lady) but she wouldn't talk to me - passed me off to a clueless underling who could do nothing. I will never visit this over-priced store again.

β β β β β It's an independent bookshop, not a Bruna anymore. And you can see it in good selection of books, inclusive and important books, handwritten reviews on some books and helpful and enthusiastic people. Love this place!

β β β β β Great family owned bookstore, well designed, friendly staff, lots of options for kids (also games and gifts) and they can also order books they donβt sell in the store (in my case faster and cheaper than bol.com).
