Delicious food with a beautiful view of Deventer. Not cheap, but in proportion to the quality. The surprise menu is a must!

Genoten van een lekkere ham & kaas plank om te sharen met wat lekkere wijntjes. Mooi uitzicht over de IJssel en 't pontje wat op en neer vaart.? Very nice restaurant with good service. Just sit on the terrace after a day in Deventer. Enjoyed a delicious ham & cheese platter to share with some nice wines. Beautiful view over the IJssel and the ferry that sails up and down

Vanuit de serre van het restaurant was het uitzicht heel mooi en levendig vanwege het overvarende pontveer met passagiers. De bediening was heel vriendelijk en informeel. De cappuccino met gebak was prima. Alleen al het simpele feit dat de serre vol zat met gezellig pratende mensen geeft al aan dat dit hotel restaurant een trekpleister is voor veel mensen. This restaurant is in a very nice location on the Gelderse IJssel. opposite the center of Deventer. From the conservatory of the restaurant, the view was very nice and lively because of the passing ferry with passengers. The service was very friendly and informal. The cappuccino with pastries was fine. The mere fact that the conservatory was full of pleasantly chatting people indicates that this hotel restaurant is an attraction for many people.

Mooi menu lekker wijnen superbediening.zeker naartoe gaan en gelijk een nachtje in het ? boeken The restaurant has a terrace with a beautiful view over the IJssel and Deventer. Nice menu, nice wines, super service. Definitely go and book a night in the ? right away

Maar ik zou de barista een reus naar Italië aanraden, dan merkt hij dat de temperatuur van de cappuccino veel lager en ook pittiger zal zijn . Wat wel pittig was is de prijs, maar nogmaals de plek en ambiance zijn het wel waard. What a place that deserves 5 stars. Nice staff too 5! But I would recommend a giant to Italy to the barista, then he will notice that the temperature of the cappuccino will be much lower and also spicier. What was spicy is the price, but again the place and ambiance are worth it.

R	Rory Carrillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the opportunity to stay at the hotel and experience the restaurant over a few days. The service was inconsistent and food was mediocre. Sometimes the service was great and other times it was poor. At one point I waited over 30 mins for my duck, which turned out to not be worth the wait in my opinion. During that time we were never made aware that the wait would be so long and the staff never checked to see if we wanted more to drink etc. After I received the duck, the staff never bothered to check up on us. It was a strange experience. With that said, the staff was very accommodating with our seating arrangement. I also found it strange that we were told that we could not order the fish for 2 and have other dishes on top of that. The setting and view on the IJssel is lovely and also being situated next to a park makes for lovely evening strolls.
