Op ikea website staat 'Onze bezorgers brengen de producten tijdelijk tot over de drempel van je voordeur. Zo vermijden we direct persoonlijk contact zoveel mogelijk. Ook als je in een appartement woont wordt er tot over de drempel van je voordeur bezorgd. Als er geen lift aanwezig is, bezorgen we tot en met de 4e verdieping'. MAAR alles werd gedumpt op begaande vloer bij ingang van appartement waar meer mensen wonen. Dit is niet mijn voordeur! Je betaalt 49 euro om zelf 3 verdiepingen alles omhoog te sjouwen. Kom je verhaal en restitutie halen bij Ikea Groningen word door mevrouw de leidinggevende bij Klantenservice weggestuurd zonder enige reden en geen enkel spijtbetuiging. Uiterst trieste zaak. Ikea is verder niet te bereiken via email en telefoon. En F2F lossen ze ook niets op. Dus mensen wees gewaarschuwd: uw zware spullen wordt niet tot aan uw voordeur gebracht. Krijg op 23-2-2021 bericht dat het 15-02-2021 bezorgd wordt. Hoera!!! Ikea blundert! Is onbereikbaar, alleen via chatbot, daar kom je echt geen millimeter. Verder. Dan Messenger, na 5 dagen een nietszeggend antwoord. Alle mail is no reply. Frustrerend dit. Dan maar afbestellen overweeg ik, helaas dan moet ik vanuit Utrecht naar Eindhoven of Groningen. Waar is de logistiek bij Ikea! Ikea totally unavailable. Ordered roller blind on 18-1-2021. In stock. Still not recieved. Receive a message on 2/23/2021 that it will be delivered on 2/15/2021. Hoera!!! Ikea blunder! Is inaccessible, only via chatbot, you really won't get a millimeter there. Further. Then Messenger, after 5 days a meaningless answer. All mail is no reply. De artikelen zijn niet op voorraad, maar volgens de chatrobot zijn er van deze artikelen ruime voorraad in de vestiging Zwolle. Maar ik kan het wel thuis laten bezorgen voor plus 50 euro. Maar huh dan kan ik het toch gewoon ophalen op afspraak. Maar probeer maar eens contact te zoeken met een van de medewerkers van ikea... het hele klantenservice team staat stil ivm corona! Nou HOU OP SCHEI UIT!!! we zijn een jaar verder weet je nou verdorie nog niet hoe te handelen ?! Uitbuiters zijn het!! Want o wat hebben we het zwaar.... he maar de consument zelf ook he! Vergeet dat niet en zonder ons... heb je helemaal niks dus ook jullie moeten jullie best doen!! Maar ik kom er iig NOOIT MEER.... oplichters en zeer klantonvriendelijk. J	J T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klantenservice denkt totaal niet mee met klant. 1 lullig latje vd kast gebroken, niet als reserveonderdeel te bestellen. Oplossing is nieuwe kast kopen. Lekker cashen zo Customer service does not think along with the customer at all. 1 silly slat of the cabinet broken, cannot be ordered as a spare part. The solution is to buy a new cabinet. Nice cash like this

Some were broken in the box and some broke when I tried to put the drawers together. One box was missing the back of the chest. I spent hours on the phone but no one was willing to help me.
