J	Joseph Gallagher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IKEA in netherlands is MUCH busier than any country I've been before. Use those late evening opening hours if you can! Service is excellent. I really wish all their interactive machines were bilingual but that's not a big issue since the staff are always happy to help. The restaurant is good for what they serve. Always busy. Free coffee with your ikea card, score! Take advantage of delivery of big items, worth it even compared to renting a van or trailer. Lack of english info on the app and interactive machines is my only peeve here, I have to use google translate or ask for help a lot, still learning dutch... otherwise, great!
S	Serkan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good luck getting an item here. I suggest double check the items added to your list via ikea employees which you need to pick up from their external warehouse. Any mistake will require you, as i do, to drive back and fort their customer service desk in their main building. For a small rail item this cost me 1.5 hour waiting in multiple lines

Y	Yevheniia Buzykina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So frustrating, I am trying to return the product for a week now. Once the online form is filled in, no post return label is sent to my email address. I tried to do so like 5 times. I thought maybe customer support service can do that for, just send a post return label! But, the first call almost ended up into me getting a pick up service I didn’t ask for. During the second call, a woman tried to get rid of me by saying it might take up to one week from your previous call to solve the issue. When I told her it was about return label, she said she can’t do anything about it and I should wait till the stores are open again. I guess IKEA is good till it comes to returning service.
