★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een drama bedrijf bestel hier nooit na weken emailen en bellen is eindelijk de zitzak opgehaald.
Zitzak was niet inorde maar wel even 18 euro in rekening brengen. Jullie leveren iets wat niet in orde is en laten mij voor de kosten opdraaien. Pas op bij retouren de dozen zijn te groot om bij postnl of andere bedrijf te retourneren. Ik bestel hier nooit weer.
 What a drama company, never order here after weeks of emailing and calling, the beanbag has finally been picked up.
Beanbag was not okay but just charge 18 euros. You deliver something that isn't right and make me pay for it. Be careful when returning the boxes are too large to return to Postnl or another company. I will never order here again.

He handled everything well and as they say everything is well that ends well- I am very pleased with the way I was treated! A good company!

I will update my review based on how the return process works.
Update: Customer support has contacted me and paid for the postage while sharing a detailed explanation.
Overall, the experience turned out to be OK.
