★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The furniture and the products are really amazing, the shop is also nicely done. However, very unflexible. Its not the first time having so many complications, and nothing changed two years later. Therefore its tiring to purchase at Loods 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice products, huge selection, fair prices. Getting hold of personnel though, whether by phone (simply not being answered) or in person is dramatic. Take your time if you want to leave, you're being forced to tour the entire store, even if you're not going to buy something.

They have the worst policy on how to deal with "bad" deliveries. There is enough competition nowadays, so I assume that they will do down soon enough with this behaviour.
My story: product (table ~300euros) delivered broken, they do not reply in my email, I call them (~1hr waiting time, no joking), they say that they have to contact the supplier first and then come back to me, they reply after a few days giving me 2 options which both included me bringing the item in one of their stores, second call (~50min waiting time) to ask a third option (because they didn't reply in the email again) of them picking it up from my place, they tell me that they need to contact the supplier to ask him (?), I am waiting but no answer, I call them third time (I am a bit done with their behaviour and how much of my time they have wasted) they haven't talk to the supplier yet -like I care- and they cannot guarantee when they will find him, I am telling them that I will find a way to bring this table to a store of theirs
(the store is 1hrs away from my place and I borrowed a car of a friend) so they can refund me because I want no more wasting of my time. And that was my solution at the end.
- They have an awful customer support policy
- the table we initially order wouldn't worth the money even if in perfect condition
- never again supporting a company like this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, lots of beautiful furnitures and accessories. The route, walking in the shop, could be better organized, sometimes it is difficulty to find out if have already walked that part or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should rename this store loods 15, the only people working at Loods 15 are 15 year old girls.(they work hard but it seems training is optional) The store is very expensive, but cleartly they hire only young people at minimum wage. The Cafe service is very very slow the Cafe tables are empty but the line goes straight through the middle. Half of the replies on other reviews don't make any sense ?
