★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied for a job listing online. Got a response to do a task. Wasted a lot time finishing it, exactly the way they wanted, took extra steps for it to be high quality. Didn't get any feedback on it. No response, nothing. I get it, I wasn't selected, but the least they could do was to give feedback on the task like they said they would "We will check your code, quality and collaborating with you when you have finished the task."
Edit: Please just don't give people tasks to do if you're not interested in the first place. I know, it goes both ways, applicants can be annoying too.
