V	Vismat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer mooie keukens, maar kwalitatief slecht personeel. Zeer vriendelijk dat wel, maar niet deskundig. Offerte tot 3 keer toe zelf moeten corrigeren, zat vol met fouten. Leek wel desinteresse. Daarnaast duurde het ruim 8 weken voordat alles juist was. Er werd niet of slecht gereageerd op mails. Je moest overal achteraan bellen en tot slot verkeerde weergave van de prijs, waardoor het opeens bijna dubbel zo duur werd. Echt slecht. Misschien afhankelijk door wie je geholpen werd, maar onze adviseur kan ik niet aanraden. Wij zijn afgehaakt. Jammer want de keukens zijn echt prachtig. Very nice kitchens, but poor quality staff. Very friendly though, but not knowledgeable. Having to correct the quote yourself up to 3 times was full of errors. Seemed to be disinterested. In addition, it took more than 8 weeks before everything was correct. There was no or bad response to emails. You had to call everywhere at the back and finally misrepresentation of the price, which suddenly made it almost twice as expensive. Really bad. Maybe depending on who helped you, but I can not recommend our advisor. We dropped out. Too bad because the kitchens are really beautiful.

Het duurt soms maanden voor ze reageren op mails en vervolgens sturen ze een onbegrijpelijke offerte vol fouten. Toen we hen vervolgens vroegen om met ons stap voor stap de offerte door te nemen konden ze vaak niet antwoorden waarom er bepaalde posten opstonden. Echt belabberd personeel. Ik raad dit bedrijf ten zeerste af. Friendly but very ignorant staff. The communication is really worthless. It sometimes takes months before they respond to emails and then they send an incomprehensible quote full of errors. When we then asked them to go through the quotation with us step by step, they often could not answer why certain items were listed. Really lousy staff. I strongly advise against this company.
B	B van Nierop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toen we de keuken kochten , was een van de argumenten dat de servies zo goed was. keuken is in februari geplaatst , niet alles was geleverd of fout geleverd. het is nu oktober en nog is de keuken niet compleet en af. de verkoopster nooit meer gehoord en gezien. zelf geen excuses . Servies ver te zoeken ik zou er nooit meer een keuken kopen. When we bought the kitchen, one of the arguments was that the crockery was so good. kitchen was placed in February, not everything was delivered or delivered incorrectly. it is now October and the kitchen is still not complete and finished. never heard or seen the saleswoman again. no apologies myself. Dishes are hard to find I would never buy a kitchen there again.
S	Sven Bakker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We zijn ontzettend tevreden met onze mooie keuken. zelf hadden we een idee qua indeling maar Mascha heeft diverse indelingen bedacht die beter aansloten bij ons interieur. Er wordt echt verder gekeken dan alleen de keuken. zelfs over de verlichting werd meegedacht. Het oog voor detail maakt naast de kwaliteit van de keuken en de materialen echt het verschil. Prettig om te merken dat niet wordt geprobeerd je de duurste keuken te verkopen maar de keuken die past bij je budget en verwachtingen. Bij de keuze van apparatuur wordt je in detail voorgelicht en geholpen. En dan de uiteindelijke plaatsing was een feestje. De vloer werd netjes beschermd met doeken, er waren 3 dagen gereserveerd voor de plaatsing, heen haast klus dus en netjes al het karton weer meegenomen. We are very satisfied with our beautiful kitchen. We ourselves had an idea in terms of layout, but Mascha has devised various layouts that better matched our interior. They really look beyond the kitchen. even the lighting was thought of. In addition to the quality of the kitchen and the materials, the eye for detail really makes the difference. It's nice to notice that they don't try to sell you the most expensive kitchen, but the kitchen that fits your budget and expectations. You will be informed and assisted in detail when choosing equipment. And then the final placement was a party. The floor was neatly protected with cloths, 3 days were reserved for the installation, so it was almost a job and neatly took all the cardboard back.

And I'm yet to see their installation and delivery (a traditional challenge for kitchen services in Netherlands), but the clarity and service at their shop was outstanding.

However some parts of the kitchen were wrongly order. For example: Once the kitchen was installed, they missed a big part of the wood in the wall, which had to be reorder and took 6 weeks more to arrive, so the kitchen look horrible with a hole for way to long. Also the bottom part of the countertop was the wrong measurement and they had to reorder again in order to replace it which is already taking more than 8 weeks. A part was wrongly installed below the fridge, the technician came to pick the part up and cut it 3 weeks ago and he has not come back. It is just a big mess. It would be nice to have a better service at the store since the beginning and to have it ready and installed all at once. Now a days my kitchen is not ready yet!
