β β β β β Need to call to make certain appointments, no other options. That's fine, but the call queue has an issue.
Its happened twice to me, waiting in the queue for over 40 minutes, then the line drops out forcing me to call again and end up to the back of the line.
First time I was caller number 2 and then hung up after 45 minutes.
Second time, today, been on the queue for 40 minutes, caller number 7, then no more ringing and the line drops out?
Its quite frustrating, I understand long wait time because the IND is busy but having to start again from the back of the line after your call drops, that's an issue

β β β β β I have tried to call 5 times this morning - all calls around 40 minutes duration on hold and then the line just disconnects? No appointments in person allowed so what are we supposed to do??

β β β β β In here you can not get help. One of the employee (he didn't even was dealing with my paper) who is supposed to provide you with info and support was very impolite and unprofessional shouting though I didnt talk to him at all just take things personal without even knowing what is my situation.

β β β β β Called the IND and waited for almost 45 minutes. Finally got connected to someone, and I just talked not even for 2 minutes and got disconnected. Now I have to wait for another 45 minutes?!. I understand the call center is busy, but you seriously need to improve your call line, this is truly frustrating!

β β β β β Reception is quite rude, laughing and having good time with coworkers but switch a mad face when people go to her? The employee I donβt know how to describe, itβs like sheβs trying to be helpful but everything she said is wrong even I know itβs wrongβ¦β¦itβs just sad. Imagine someone who works at government and talk nonsenseβ¦.

β β β β β Wonderful people at the desk. We had an appointment for biometrics, and instead of the IND desk at Bergstraat, we ended up reaching the International Welcome center (opp. Utrecht Centraal) by mistake. It took us a while to realize our mistake and while we were rushing to the desk at Bergstraat, I got a call from them if we will be coming over. They waited for us and on reaching, the lady at the reception and the person at the desk were extremely kind and co-operative and helped us all along with a smile. Big thanks to them!
