I was looking for an appartement on pararius fell in love with one that was on immovita I have been a bit skeptical of paying the fees after reading the comments of other people on google but my experience is really positive. It can get stressful to communicate and wait 2 weeks for a confirmation for an appartement but it is part of the process. Immovita really made my search a lot easier. When the owner of the apartment I was supposed to rent from suddenly cancelled our agreement, Immovita staff made sure I found another similar place very soon. I have always been a bit skeptical of rental agencies, but Immovita really made my search a lot easier. To me they seem the best in the hague for younger people/students. Where most rental companies look harshly at income, Immovita provides other options.

Apart from photos on the website, they also send you a video of the apartment that you can watch from home as if you were there. Andy was very efficient in communicating with me and with the landlord. you have to pay some money in order to be able to apply for the apartment but you will get it back if the deal doesn't go through. Although in the end, due to time constraint, I got an apartment elsewhere, I would still definitely recommend Immovita for a professional renting experience !
