★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handsome, capable staff. Food and drinks as nice as their beautiful smiles on their faces. Loved it. Will most def. return when visiting again 10/10 recommend if you like local- yet tourist friendly bars while eating your heart out right in the middle of the 9 Stratjes area

Decor is a little dated but they more than make up for that with their wide selection of snacks, cheeses and wines. The host with the beard lacks enthusiasm and is a little dry in conversation. However the sommelier makes up for it with his incredible joie de vivre and heavenly voice.
All in all, a cafe that can count itself among the most iconic of Amsterdam

A homey feel and pristine service make this place unique. Only a handful of locals know about this place, so make sure to visit before it is discovered by the larger crowd.
