Calling them is completely useless as the person will just say "I am not allowed to do that" for every single question. And then sometimes when you call they just disconnect you saying that the lines are very busy. Not even an option to wait. What an incredibly negative experience with the Dutch government.

From the people on the entrance to the sir giving the queue numbers and the lady that took my biometrics everybody extremely welcome and showing that they really enjoy to be and work there.
