★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in a number of times when i was an expat a few years ago and have never experienced such rude customer service in my life, the staff in the waiting area would tell me to go away and sort my problems out myself as they didn't deem them serious enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service is quit static, in case you loose your card or your online account info you are not able to access transaction, make transfers or even get your money.
The Atm's don't provide transaction services so you have to deal wit long queue to get service by employers and then you're charged high fees.
Cash out is only available by Atm, so no money when card is lost.
The manager told me it is for my own security but now my money is that secure, that even I can not access it by myself.
Cannot recommend to be customer here :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I´ve had a hard time in trying to open my bank account in this branch. First of all they sent me to a bookstore to open my bank account, where people had no idea which are the requisites to have my account opened (I come from EU so they should know the procedures). Then, I came back to the same branch (Nieuwstraat 1) and they told me again that they couldn´t open my account, and no further help could be offered (they don´t care about the customer). They are not concerned about customers at all, specially the girls from the reception. I went with my EU passport, permanent job contract, BSN number, etc, etc ,etc....and I always got the same answer ¨unfortunately we are not able to assit you¨. Maybe I should have tried getting a recommendation letter from Queen Maxima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No appointments in the next 2 months were available to make a bank account. I called the ING hotline and was told to just try and walk in, maybe they could squeeze me in.
Guy at the entrance didn't even try to help, told me nothing can be done at this branch, but gave me the address of a different "branch" I could try, or I could also just go to a different bank. So after 20 minutes of cycling I arrived at the given address, only to find an ATM in a book store, but nothing else. Thanks for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely useless! They do not accept small change any more and staff members are incompetent. I am very disappointed by the non-service I have received. Last time, about two weeks ago, it all worked flawlessly..
