★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn oma ging hierheen om de naam van haar overleden man van de rekening te halen. Ze werd echter door een medewerker zowat gedwongen om te gaan beleggen. Hier kwam mijn oma totaal niet voor. Ondanks ze duidelijk zei dat ze daar niet in geïnteresseerd was, bleef meneer maar erover doorgaan en hebben ze alsnog een brief voor een gesprek toegestuurd. Erg slecht.
My grandmother went here to take the name of her deceased husband from the bill. However, she was almost forced by an employee to invest. My grandmother didn't come here at all. Although she clearly stated that she was not interested in it, sir kept talking about it and they still sent a letter for an interview. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zag deze review in de lijst (Zeer onpersoonlijk en onprofessioneel personeel.. treurig) Ben helemaal mee eens kan niet beter omschrijven, onbeschofte medewerkers. Het spijt mij dat moeten melden!
I saw this review in the list (Very impersonal and unprofessional staff .. sad) Totally agree can't describe better, rude employees. I'm sorry to report that!

1st time coins deposited. Device closed 3 times during pouring. You guessed it .... 3x 6 euros debited. Criminal !!!

ATM removed and you can't deposit money! Searched everywhere in Vlaardingen and yet I could not deposit. How annoying the ING has become!
