★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They talk only Dutch. Reply time is very long. No possible to call them directly. Stupid web-site, lots of issues. I had incident: another driver damage our car from the back while my car was standing on the parking spot and my wife sitting inside. They paid to repair the car, but I has to pay "own risk" and they stopped my damage free years. They said I need to proof that my car was not moving. WTF! Another driver just left from the place and didn't show anything to us. They spent 3 month to give a reply to me! Terrible company, do not go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this company, especially if you have a no claim discount in a EU country other than the Netherlands.
One star review is still too much for them!
Even after they requested and I provided my 8 year no claim discount proof from my previous insurer, they reset it to 0 and increased the premium more than double as a result without any prior communication or explanation. There is no way to contact them, no phone number and they didn't initially answer my emails. One way communication with automated emails only! Only started to respond to emails when I cancelled the policy and the direct debit.
On the positive note, my new insurer checked and recognized my no claim discount within 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this company it looks cheap and fair on the begin, right after they start to rise up the costs. They answer very hard, services are not also in english, only in dutch.
Do not miss any ocassion to trick you to accept payments just for stupid and invented reasons.
WORST INSURRANCE COMPANY IN NL.
Also we try to contact this company since August of 23 and every time the answer is the same : Thank you, we got your message, we will contact you in 2 working days.... if not please contact us again.
