★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 26 juni in de ochtend getest bij Covidia. Nu de volgende dag nog geen uitslag. Covidia zegt op zijn website dat het aan stichting open nederland ligt. En jullie schrijven dat het allemaal is opgelost en zo lekker loopt. Het is een grote puinhoop allemaal. Ik heb een hele dure toegangskaart aangeschaft. Kan ik die declareren? Om maar niet te spreken van de stress die dit oplevert. In een woord waardeloos!
June 26, tested in the morning with Covidia. The next day still no results. Covidia says on its website that it is up to the Open Netherlands Foundation. And you write that it has all been resolved and is running so smoothly. It's all a big mess. I bought a very expensive ticket. Can I declare it? Not to mention the stress this causes. In a word worthless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er gaat veel mis bij het testen voor toegang. In mijn geval bij covidia. Testresultaat nog steeds niet binnen na 52 uur. Dan heeft testen niet zoveel zin gehad. Ben nu op hoop van zegen zonder test op vakantie… WAAROM IS ER NERGENS EEN OPTIE TE VINDEN VOOR HET INDIENEN VAN EEN KLACHT of überhaupt het leggen van contact? Is er geen interesse voor klanttevredenheid, doelmatigheid en niveau van de dienstverlening bij jullie?
A lot goes wrong when testing for access. In my case with covidia. Test result still not in after 52 hours. Then testing didn't make much sense. Am now in hopes of blessing without test on vacation… WHY IS THERE NOWHERE TO FIND AN OPTION FOR SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT or making contact at all? Is there no interest in customer satisfaction, efficiency and level of service with you?
